What we collect here, and what we do with it.

What this page covers. Information collected through carescollaborative.org. Information we handle inside an engagement is governed by the agreement with that organization and by the confidentiality obligations described on the Independence page, not by this notice.

What we collect. What you type into one of our two forms — your name, role, organization, and what you tell us about your situation. That is the whole list. We run no analytics, set no cookies, and do not measure your visit, so we do not know who you are or which pages you read.

What we do with it. We read it, and we reply to you. That is all.

The free tools stay on your device. The Readiness Check, the Allocation Modeler, the Turnover Cost Calculator, and the Caseload & Coverage Stress Test run entirely in your browser. What you enter is saved on your own device so you can come back to it, and each tool has a control that clears it. Nothing you type into them is transmitted, and we never see it — including your results.

What we do not do. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with other organizations for their marketing. We do not use tracking that follows you across other websites. We do not require an account, an email address, or a download form to use the Open Shelf or any tool on this site. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The one third party. This site loads its two typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Nothing else about your visit reaches anyone but us.

How long we keep it. Enquiries are retained for as long as the relationship is active and for a defined period afterward, then deleted.

Your choices. Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, through the contact form. We respond within thirty days.
